Welcome to Medhin! By using our carpooling applications (CCarpool and CCarshare) you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Role of Medhin

Medhin is a technology platform that connects drivers and passengers seeking to share rides.
Medhin does not provide transportation services, nor do we act as a transportation carrier or agent. Drivers and passengers make arrangements directly among themselves.

2. No Responsibility for Payments

Medhin does not handle or guarantee any payments between drivers and passengers. If a passenger is unable or unwilling to pay, Medhin takes no responsibility and will not mediate or enforce payment.

3. Fees and Commission

Currently, Medhin does not take any commission or cut from transactions between drivers and passengers.
However, Medhin reserves the right to introduce fees or commissions at any time in the future, and any changes will be communicated to users through updates to this Agreement or through notices in the App. Continued use of the App after such updates will constitute your acceptance of any new terms.

4. No Liability

By using this App, you agree that Medhin:

• Is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or disputes arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to ride arrangements, payment issues, or personal conflicts.

• Does not guarantee the conduct, safety, or suitability of drivers or passengers.

• Does not verify the identity, driving ability, or insurance coverage of any users.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the identity and reliability of other users before sharing a ride.

• Ensuring your compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Making and managing any financial arrangements directly with other users.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medhin, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App.

7. Changes to the Agreement

Medhin may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [your country or jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
